The Adventure on the Road to Zacatecas

You’ll recall a couple of weeks ago, as we were leaving Gomez Palacio, we had gotten directions from the security guard, Alberto, on how to get to Zacatecas.  There must have been some kind of language barrier (!) because we took the Road MUCH Less Travelled.  We made a Photostory of it, and have it now to share with you.

Also, I want to let you know we’ve updated our map on the right sidebar, which you may not have realized. You can click on the icon on top of the map to enlarge it, and follow the markers south through Mexico.

That’s all for now, enjoy!

  2. ¡Saludos, viajeros intrépidos!

How I’m enjoying this saga—and how I wish I could be on the road with you! However, I’ve got the next-best thing—your wonderful running commentary on all the interesting bits and pieces that together make up the splendid mosaic of this never-to-be-forgotten trip!

How did Spike manage your trip through the Dust Bowl?

  3. I love the photostories! I am an aural learner, so I prefer listening to reading. 🙂 You’ve been posting a lot while I have not been paying attention. It’s great to be able to catch up with you like this!
